Detailed description of Christmas Mountain Village, The Oaks Golf Course
Christmas Mountain Village is a Resort, 27 hole golf facility located in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The facility has the 18-hole Oaks Golf Course and the 9-hole Pines Golf Course.
The Christmas Mountain Village Oaks Golf Course first opened for play in 1985. The course was designed by Art Johnson.
Par for the course is 70. From the back tees, the course plays to 6481 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5212 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 2, a par-5 that plays to 525 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 12, a par-3 that plays to 150 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 6, a 422 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 12, a 150 yard par-3.

course was in good condition considering there was 3 inches of rain the day before. will play it again next time we are in the area. play was a little slow, as the pin placements were in U.S. open positions.

They need to get a quick food stand at the turn - used to have this and it is missed. Better monitoring of "partiers" on the course should be considered.
